Lake Chervonoe

Another natural attraction of the Zhitkovichi region is Lake Chervonoe, which is the third largest body of water in Belarus. From here comes its other name - the Prince-lake. The picturesque banks of Chervonoye and its size are best appreciated during a boat trip. Unfortunately, in the coming decades, this body of water may repeat the fate of the Aral Sea - for reasons that are not entirely clear, its area is constantly shrinking.
